Designer Alison Hessert merges old school sophistication of Park Avenue with the rebellious soul of the Lower East Side in her MixologyNYC collection.  As a girl who grew up uptown but has spent the past decade downtown, Hessert understands first-hand the contradictions of the New York lifestyle.

By merging the flavors of both past and present experiences, she creates her own portrait of the modern day woman, inspired by the streets of New York, the silver screen, indie rock, modern technology and industrial style.

Over the years, Hessert has written, styled, marketed and been spokesperson for many companies in the fashion and entertainment worlds including MTV, HUE, Lifetime,Brooks Brothers, Bare Necessities, Ultimate Vodka and more.
